SFPC Product

Small diameter. High signal density.

Lower cost. Easier assembly than cable.

Strip Type FPC (SFPC) integrates multiple signal paths into a foldable, strip-type flexible circuit. Folded into a compact bundle, it passes through narrow hinges to deliver high signal density through small diameters, with lower cost and easier assembly than cable.

01

High signal density

Integrate multiple signal connections within a small diameter.

02

Lower cost

A more cost-effective interconnect solution than cable.

03

Easier assembly

An integrated flexible circuit reduces individual wire threading and connection work.

Fold & thread

Flat. Folded. Through the hinge.

The strip section folds into a bundle with a smaller threading profile, then passes through the internal hinge channel. Terminal areas are arranged around the product’s assembly sequence and mechanical layout.

Strip Type FPC

Fit the circuit to the mechanism and assembly.

01

Opening & insertion path

Evaluate the folded profile against the internal hinge channel, available cross-section, and assembly direction.

02

Folds & bending zones

Plan fold locations, bend radii, and retention around the circuit structure, materials, and mechanical travel.

03

Terminals & assembly

Arrange terminal shapes, connectors, and attachment processes around module positions and the assembly sequence.
