FLEXIBLE CIRCUIT / SIGNAL PATH

Engineering starts with your requirements

Turn space, bending, and transmission needs into manufacturable circuits.

Connected capabilities support product development, from circuit layout to component assembly and interconnect processing.

01

FPC design & manufacturing

Integrated layout, circuit design, and flexible printed circuit manufacturing.

02

Assembly & interconnects

SMT, DIP, and assembly, plus cable, connector, and flexible flat cable (FFC) attachment.

03

High-frequency research

Signal transmission and circuit structure research informed by LVDS, eDP, USB, and antenna applications.

SFPC Featured product

Small diameter. High signal density.

Lower cost. Easier assembly than cable.

Strip Type FPC

Strip Type FPC (SFPC) integrates multiple signal paths into a foldable, strip-type flexible circuit. Folded into a compact bundle, it passes through narrow hinges to deliver high signal density through small diameters, with lower cost and easier assembly than cable.

01

High signal density

Integrate multiple signal connections within a small diameter.

02

Lower cost

A more cost-effective interconnect solution than cable.

03

Easier assembly

An integrated flexible circuit reduces individual wire threading and connection work.

Fold & thread

Flat. Folded. Through the hinge.

The strip section folds into a bundle with a smaller threading profile, then passes through the internal hinge channel. Terminal areas are arranged around the product’s assembly sequence and mechanical layout.

High-frequency research

High-frequency research starts with the circuit.

For high-speed interfaces and antenna applications, we study how flexible circuit materials, routing, and structures affect signal transmission, then evaluate design options around product requirements.

01

Signal integrity

Study impedance, signal attenuation, and crosstalk to evaluate the effect of circuit routing.

02

Materials & structures

Evaluate materials, stack-ups, and shielding against application frequency and mechanical constraints.

03

Application & validation

Define validation around the interface, frequency, and test conditions, and use measurements to inform the design.
